Marcia L. Fudge won the Garfield Heights-04-B precinct with 70.3 percent of the vote in the 2016 election, a margin of 241 votes.
Hillary Clinton won the Berea-02-B precinct with 54.5 percent of the vote in the 2016 election, a margin of 120 votes.
