On Sept. 1, Joseph Martinez and Rosemary Figueria Davila purchased a four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom property at 1257 E. 60 St., Cleveland from Brad Morsch for $7,500.
On Sept. 1, Eichelberger Chen 2017 Family Trust, Jon S Eichelberger and Yushuang Chen purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 14732 Wemple Road, Cleveland from Guardian Fund LLC for $416,663.
The four bedroom, one bathroom home at 14801 Sunview Ave., Cleveland was sold on Sept. 1 by Guardian Fund LLC for $208,791. The buyers were Voisard (trust) and Faye and Mark Voisard.
The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Michael Gibbons, Gibbons for Ohio, refunded $2,900 to Jeffrey Desich on June 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
