On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Saint Joseph Academy standout Maya Johnson’s current college team, the Belmont Bruins, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Arizona State Sun Devils.

The game took place at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Sun Devils this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at Mary Bowers Field against UAB Blazers.
