Cleveland home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Cleveland rose by $3,900 while total sales decreased by 0.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 344 homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,900 - a 13.9% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 345 homes sold in Cleveland in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 5.3% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
