Cleveland home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Cleveland rose by $6,833 while total sales increased by 61.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 522 homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,500 - a 25.6% increase over the $26,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 323 homes sold in Cleveland in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 5% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
