Brook Park home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Brook Park rose by $7,863 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,863 - a 6.7% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Brook Park in the first half of 2018.
