Cleveland home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Cleveland rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 12.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 555 homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,900 - a 15% increase over the $43,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 633 homes sold in Cleveland in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
