Cleveland home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Cleveland rose by $3,150 while total sales decreased by 1.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 577 homes sold, with a median sale price of $46,500 - a 7.3% increase over the $43,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 586 homes sold in Cleveland in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
