Cleveland home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Cleveland rose by $1,025 while total sales increased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 666 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,425 - a 2.4% increase over the $42,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 627 homes sold in Cleveland in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
