Brooklyn home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Brooklyn rose by $11,800 while total sales decreased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,300 - a 13.6% increase over the $86,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Brooklyn in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,666, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
