Cleveland home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Cleveland rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 711 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 582 homes sold in Cleveland in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
