Cleveland home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Cleveland fell by $50 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 650 homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,950 - a 0.1% decrease over the $38,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 617 homes sold in Cleveland in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
