Cleveland home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Cleveland rose by $2,600 while total sales decreased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 570 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 7% increase over the $37,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 579 homes sold in Cleveland in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
