Cleveland home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Cleveland rose by $7,600 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 563 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,400 - a 21.2% increase over the $35,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 536 homes sold in Cleveland in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
