Cleveland home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Cleveland rose by $8,400 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 633 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,400 - a 24% increase over the $35,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 592 homes sold in Cleveland in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
