Cleveland home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Cleveland rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 534 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $35,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 605 homes sold in Cleveland in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
