Cleveland home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Cleveland rose by $10,350 while total sales increased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 586 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,350 - a 31.4% increase over the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 578 homes sold in Cleveland in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.9% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
