Cleveland home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Cleveland rose by $3,100 while total sales increased by 72.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 592 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $31,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 344 homes sold in Cleveland in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
