Cleveland home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Cleveland rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 86.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 617 homes sold, with a median sale price of $38,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 331 homes sold in Cleveland in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
