Cleveland home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Cleveland rose by $8,400 while total sales increased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 489 homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,400 - a 30% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 433 homes sold in Cleveland in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
