Cleveland home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Cleveland rose by $7,600 while total sales increased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 579 homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,400 - a 25.5% increase over the $29,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 513 homes sold in Cleveland in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
