Brooklyn home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Brooklyn fell by $4,200 while total sales increased by 90%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,000 - a 4.6% decrease over the $92,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Brooklyn in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Brooklyn for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,666, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for November 2017.
