Cleveland home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Cleveland rose by $9,200 while total sales increased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 578 homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,000 - a 38.7% increase over the $23,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 457 homes sold in Cleveland in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 5.1% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
