Cleveland home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Cleveland rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 34%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 348 homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $39,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 527 homes sold in Cleveland in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.8% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
