Cleveland home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Cleveland fell by $2,900 while total sales decreased by 31.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 419 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 6.8% decrease over the $42,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 609 homes sold in Cleveland in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4.2% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
