East Cleveland home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in East Cleveland rose by $22,650 while total sales decreased by 76.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 183.4% increase over the $12,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in East Cleveland in March 2019.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
