Cleveland home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Cleveland rose by $12,050 while total sales decreased by 48%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 338 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 31.8% increase over the $37,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 650 homes sold in Cleveland in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
