East Cleveland home prices unchanged in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in East Cleveland was unchanged while total sales decreased by 50.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,500. There were 112 homes sold in East Cleveland in the first half of 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $18,500.
