Cleveland home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Cleveland rose by $2,333 while total sales remained unchanged with 575 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 575 homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,000 - a 5% increase over the $46,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 575 homes sold in Cleveland in July 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
