Cleveland home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Cleveland rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 511 homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 27.9% increase over the $43,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 631 homes sold in Cleveland in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
