East Cleveland home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in East Cleveland fell by $4,700 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,000 - a 21.7% decrease over the $21,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in East Cleveland in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
