Cleveland home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Cleveland rose by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 341 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,950 - a 20.1% increase over the $49,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 556 homes sold in Cleveland in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
