Cleveland home prices rose in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Cleveland rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 33.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 229 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 52.3% increase over the $44,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 346 homes sold in Cleveland in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
