Cleveland home prices rose in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Cleveland rose by $8,775 while total sales increased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 577 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,775 - a 16% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 459 homes sold in Cleveland in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
