How did home prices perform in Brooklyn during May 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Brooklyn rose by $16,250 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $128,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Brooklyn in May 2020.
