The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Cleveland rose by $19,653 while total sales increased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 1,524 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,950 - a 39.9% increase over the $49,297 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,311 homes sold in Cleveland in the second quarter of 2020.
