How did home prices perform in Cleveland during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Cleveland rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 1,584 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 48.1% increase over the $52,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,534 homes sold in Cleveland in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
