October 2021: Home prices in Cleveland increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Cleveland rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 368 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 33.3% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 391 homes sold in Cleveland in October 2020.
