The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,292.48, 1.24% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 279 properties sold in Cleveland.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Patricia J Shaw, 81, was the only registered voter residing at 16912 Pearldale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
