Cleveland home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Cleveland rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 423 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 27% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 537 homes sold in Cleveland in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
