December 2021: Home prices in Cleveland increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Cleveland rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 43.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 294 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $59,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 518 homes sold in Cleveland in December 2020.
