How did home prices perform in Cleveland during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cleveland rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 1,130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 29.5% increase over the $61,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,446 homes sold in Cleveland in the fourth quarter of 2020.
