City of Brooklyn recently issued the following announcement.
The excitement in Brooklyn has to do with the current construction of the City Center project on the north side of Memphis Avenue.
Once the city hall/police station is completed later this year, the next domino of civic enhancement set to fall involves the demolition of the existing building across the street giving way to the construction of a new Cuyahoga County Public Library Brooklyn branch on the south side of Memphis Avenue. Brooklyn Mayor Katie Gallagher said she’s ready to see the library project become a reality.
