On Feb. 15, Kindra Seville and Nanemeka Ibeh purchased a property at 2219 E. 97 St., Cleveland from B.R. Knez Construction, Inc. for $339,318.

So far in February 2022, 99 properties sold in Cleveland.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Marilyn Myrie, was the only registered voter residing at 2219 E. 97 St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
