Join the Office for Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity (OIDEO) for an event titled “Faculty Workshop: Personal Pronouns” Wednesday, April 6, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the Toepfer Room of Adelbert Hall.
Tina Lining, director of diversity and inclusive excellence at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and Harry Hawkins, director of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Center, will discuss how to build a sense of community and help people communicate accurately and respectfully with one another utilizing proper pronouns and gender identity terms.
