Cleveland home prices rose in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Cleveland rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 303 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 33.9% increase over the $57,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 536 homes sold in Cleveland in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,416, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
