Saturday, April 19: Saint Joseph Academy standout Maya Johnson’s college team wins to Valparaiso Beacons

On Saturday, April 19, former Saint Joseph Academy standout Maya Johnson’s current college team, the Belmont Bruins, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Valparaiso Beacons.

The game took place at E.S. Rose Park. This was their third matchup against the Beacons this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 5 p.m. at E.S. Rose Park against Indiana State Sycamores.
