Cleveland home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Cleveland rose by $10,550 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 627 homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,400 - a 33.1% increase over the $31,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 598 homes sold in Cleveland in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 4% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
