The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Brooklyn fell by $3,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Brooklyn fell by $3,000 while total sales increased by 10.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Cleveland rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 31.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Cleveland rose by $10,550 while total sales increased by 4.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Brook Park rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 27.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Cleveland rose by $7,650 while total sales increased by 23%.
