Though Halloween just passed, winter will be here before we know it. And this year, faculty and staff members at Case Western Reserve University will have the chance to celebrate the season with their colleagues in person.
President Eric W. Kaler and Karen F. Kaler invite all university faculty and staff to their home for a winter open house at Harcourt House (2163 Harcourt Dr. in Cleveland Heights) Thursday, Dec. 1. The event will feature beverages and hors d’oeuvres along with music and mingling.
Faculty and staff members can select from one of three open house sessions to attend: 2:45 to 3:30 p.m., 3:45 to 4:30 p.m. or 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.
Limited parking is available on Harcourt Drive; guests are encouraged to use the shuttle service that will be available. Four shuttles will run continuously from 2:15 to 6 p.m. at approximately 20-minute intervals. Pickup locations will be at the Tinkham Veale University Center’s Linsalata Lobby on Bellflower Road, the Veale Parking Garage turnabout on Adelbert Road, and the Health Education Campus shuttle stop on East 100th Street.
Space is limited. RSVP by Wednesday, Nov. 23.
